This is the 3th unfair chargeback that I had to deal with.

I don't know what's wrong with this guy. He placed an order, paid, asked me via e-mail when I can ship, I made very clear that it takes at least 10 days to create his doll and then 10 days later he created a dispute via his bank.
They are going to withdraw more than 2000 dollars from my account on January 7.

I submitted evidence to his bank that he placed the order, communicated with me via e-mail and his IP address is the same as his shipping address, so unless somebody stole his credit card (which I doubt), then he is just being a huge jerk about all of this.

It's because of people like this that I might have to consider making the full switch to bitcoin which would be very inconvenient for both me and customers who prefer to pay via credit card.

I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. I used to run a small business myself and I don't think people understand how this stuff impacts a business. Buyers remorse (I'm assuming that's the reason he backed out) shouldn't be used as an excuse to back out of a deal. If a buyer isn't capable of thinking through a decision beforehand in my opinion that should be the buyer's concerned not the seller. Alas the world doesn't work that way and banks often take the side of the buyer just to say face on their reputation. Regardless of the evidence you might present to the bank.

I’m sorry this happened to you. It would have been much better if the guy just had a conversation with you about his changing feelings on the doll. I’m sure y’all could have worked something out. Instead this happens and trust is destroyed, bad for everybody.
